Prohibited Activities:
Gatherings and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited in the rooms. The Property may evict additional occupants found in violation of this policy.
Reservation Rules:
Reservations are non-transferable. For no-shows, one night's room charge (including applicable government taxes) will be charged to the credit card used at booking.
Guest Conduct:
The Property reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests based on conduct, behavior, or safety concerns. This includes but is not limited to, failure to follow staff instructions,
discriminatory behavior, harassment, or endangerment of others.
Identification Requirement:
Original proof of identity must be presented upon check-in.
Room Rates:
The property reserves the right to amend its rates up or down from time to time. The rate you pay is the rate available at the time of booking. The rate shown on your booking confirmation.
Special Terms:
Terms specific to promotional offers will take precedence in cases of conflict. Similarly, discrepancies between reservation terms and final billing will defer to the terms on the final bill.
Hygiene and Safety:
Guests must maintain cleanliness and adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines provided by the Property.
Damages:
Guests are responsible for maintaining Property assets (movable and immovable). Charges may apply for proven damages caused by guests.
Allergies and Intolerances:
Guests must inform the Property management in advance of any allergies or sensitivities (e.g., fabric, materials, cleaning products, or food).
Valuable Items:
Guests are encouraged to deposit valuable items with reception for safe keeping. In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the Property before storing. The
Property may refuse to store this kind of valuables.
Lost Property:
The Property accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced possessions due to guest actions. Left behind items need to be claimed within 24 hours of check-out. It is the guests responsibility
to arrange postage for left behind items to be returned. Perishables are only held until close of business on the day of check-out.
Changes to Terms:
The Property reserves the right to modify terms and conditions without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to check for updates on the website.
Liability:
The Property is not liable for losses or inconvenience caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to flight disruptions, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or equipment
failure.
Transportation:
Guests are responsible for arranging transportation.
Payments:
Payments must be settled at check-in unless prepaid during reservation. Accepted payment methods include Sterling and Euro cash, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and AmEx cards.

Check-In: 2:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Check-Out: Anytime before 11:00 am
Lost Keys:
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of £50 per set.
